Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Mix 1:
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash

    Mix 2:
    Banana, fresh, 0.75 cup, mashed
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp

    Mix 3:
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    Butter, unsalted, 0.75 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked

    Add little by little Mix 1 to Mix 2. Divide the batter into 10 muffins. Add a sprinkle of Mix 3 on each muffin. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
