Another of Ruth's Stir Fry's

Ingredients

    2 c. chopped or grated Cabbage
    2 small Carrots, grated
    2 cloves Garlic, inced
    1 medium raw onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    3 c. Minute Rice, cooked
    1/3 c. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    2 Tsp. vegetable oil
    4 Turkey Franks, chopped

Tips

You can use any type of Rice that you desire. Adjust calories accordingly.


Directions

Saute vegetables in the 2 Tsp. vegetable oil until tender, Add Turkey Franks and rice and cook for another 5 minutes. Add Sour Cream and stir until well blended. ENJOY!!!
