French Fried onion porkchops,brown rice and broccoli

Ingredients

    3 ounce pork chop
    2 tbsp french fried onions
    1 egg white
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 cup brown rice cooked
    2 cups cooked frozen broccoli
    1/4 teaspoon Mccormick's Southwest SweetnSmoky

Directions

Crush ff onions in a ziploc bag. Add flour and mix. Put pork chop in the bag and shake around. Bake on 375 for 25-35 minutes or until center is no longer raw. Follow instructions to cook rice and follow instructions to cook broccoli.

Serving Size: Makes one 3 ounce pork chop
