Introduction
I love making peanut butter and I wanted to change it up a pinch by using Cinnamon Apple Syrup instead of Maple. It is sweet and so good! Perfect for PB&J with apples, in oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream and more. Ingredients

4 Cups of Honey Roasted Peanuts (Trader Joe's is the best)
1/2 cup pretzels, broken up, divided
1 Tbsp. honey

Directions
If you have a small food processor 7 - 12 cups, process in two batches.
In a large food processor, Add the nuts and process until smooth. You will have to push down the sides a few times. This process takes about 6 minutes. Then add honey and pretzels. Process until drippy! About another 5 minutes. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough for you.
Place in a bowl or jar and stir in remaining 1/4 cup of pretzels.
Place in a jar or sealed container and store in the cupboard.
Serving Size: 32 - 1 Tbsp. servings
