1 Medium head of Cabbage
3 Tbsp Onion Chopped
1 Cup Light Mayo
4.5 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
Combine and whisk all other ingredients in separate bowl.
Pour dressing mixture over cabbage and stir until coated.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
