Lady J's Bourbon Chicken

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 4oz breasts
    1.5 cups White Rice
    1.5 TBSP Kroger Lite Soy Sauce
    I packet Sub-Bird Bourbon Chicken Seasoning Mix
    3 Packets of sweet and low (or 3TBS of Sugar)
    1 TBSP Oil

Directions

Chop Chicken into chunks and cook in a pan. While the chicken is cooking prepare the white rice. Prepare the Bourbon sauce based off the instruction on the back of the packet. Combine the chicken and sauce, pour or scoop over rice.
