Pork Chop Baked in Apple Sauce

Introduction

I got this from the food network site, but knew that nutritional info was incorrect. Now, I do believe they are correct. I got this from the food network site, but knew that nutritional info was incorrect. Now, I do believe they are correct.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 C apple sauce
    1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/6 C sugar
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp butter, unsalted
    3 pork loin chop, boneless

Directions

Mix together apple sauce, low sodium soy sauce, garlic clove, sugar, and ginger.
Place mixture in a greased 8x8x8 baking pan
Melt butter in a sautee pan. Brown pork loin chops in butter in sautee pan.
Place browned pork loin chops on top of apple sauce mixture.
Place baking pan in 350 degree preheated oven. Bake uncovered for 30 min.

Serving Size: 1 chop with 1/3 sauce
