Greek Chicken

Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Tips

Use dried herbs if fresh not available


Directions

In a glass dish, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice. Place the chicken pieces in the mixture, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. In a non-stick pan, fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
