Ingredients

    half an English cucumber, chopped
    2 small tomato, chopped
    1/4 red onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, green pepper
    kalamata olives
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Chop veggies and add to bowl. Add oil and vinegar, stir and serve.
