Tim's low fat no sugar added chocolate milk syrup

Submitted by: BEHKHEKKHUN

Introduction

I love chocolate milk. And am trying to make a milk mix that is not full of sugar. I was surprised to not find something in the US grocery store.
I need more protein and I like milk. so I will be trying out until I get something that works
