Ingredients

3.5 oz wholewheat penne pasta
400g can red kidney beans
400g can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tsp freshly milled pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. (I do not add salt)
Drain and add back into the pan.
Add the canned tomatoes, drained kidney beans and seasonings.
Allow this to reduce over a low heat to the desired consistency.
