Goulash Soup w/ Vegies & Beans




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb 93/7 Gr Beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sweet pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, Chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    8 Cups water
    2 T Better than bouillon, beef
    1 1/2 T hot paprika
    1 T sweet paprika
    1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
    1 t salt
    1-15oz can diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 T caraway seeds
    6 oz fresh spinach, chopped

Tips

For serving, add a dollop of Sour Cream to each bowl if desired. Not calculated into calories.


Directions

Add beef, onion, peppers, celery, carrots & garlic to a dutch oven. Cook until beef is no longer pink and vegies are sweated. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30-60 minutes.
