This is a healthy and super quick and easy take on the classic chicken divan. This is a healthy and super quick and easy take on the classic chicken divan.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

20oz "foster farms" ground turkey
5 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 package "trader joe's" gnocchi(3 servings per pack- or about 3 cups)
10.75oz can "Campbells" cheddar cheese soup
.5 teas cavenders greek seasoning.
Directions
IN a large nonstick pan break up the turkey and sprinkle .5 teas Cavenders greek seasoning ove it. Brown throughly.
Meanwhile in a large pot bring 1 quart lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
When meat in browned and water is boiling. Place broccoli in a zip lock bag and microwave for 5 minutes. At the same time put the gnocchi in the water. The gnocchi starts to float when it is cooked. Using either a bean skimmer or a slotted spoon- remove the gnoccji from water as they float and place in with the turkey.
When the broccoli is done - add to the turkey and gnocchi. Pour in the can of cheddar cheese soup and mix throughly. You can add a bit of the gnocchi water if you need to but use water sparingly.
Makes 4 super hearty servings that are a meal in themselves- of 6 light servings to be served with side items.
