Six - Eight Lb Turkey Breast
1/4 cup (approx.) Olive Oil
Two Tbsp Each Chopped Fresh:
We used our Brinkman Smoke n' Grill. We sliced some for TBA sandwiches one hour after grilling. The next day sliced for Turkey, Rice, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Green Salad. Delicious meal I hope Dave Smokes another Turkey Breast Soon!! We used apple wood smoke chips. Yum!
Place Breast into Cast Iron Skillet (or equivalent for grill)
Chop Fresh Herbs and Arrange on Top of Breast
Place in your Smoker Grill for Five hours.
We adjusted charcoal and smoke every Two hours maintaining Medium temperature.
