Introduction

A simple and refreshing salad. A simple and refreshing salad.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cucumber (with peel), 1.5 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.65 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces. Add oil and seasonings. Stir and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings.
