    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 pkt Splenda

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
Serving size 1/4 cup.
