Introduction

Completely Vegan Banana Oat Cookies. Completely Vegan Banana Oat Cookies.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1 Tblsp. Canola Oil
    1/2 cup bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cup White flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. table salt
    2 cups rolled oats
    3 Tbsp. water

Tips

To add more to the cookies you can add chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, or any other of your favorite foods.


Directions

Add brown sugar, oil, and water together.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together separately.
In a third bowl combine mashed bananas and vanilla together.
Add all ingredients together and mix in oats.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drop batter onto greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until bottoms are brown.
