IntroductionSuper tasty Super tasty
2 avocados (peeled, pitted, & cubed)
2 plum tomatoes (cubed with seeds removed)
4oz fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed. make sure the package says fresh. it tastes MUCH better)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. basil (we used dried, but you could use fresh)
salt & pepper to taste
Feeding more people? Simple double everything!
