Introduction

This is just couscous, how I make it to serve with sauce of some kind. This is just couscous, how I make it to serve with sauce of some kind.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.25 cup water
    1/2 tbsp vegetable bouillon (better than bouillon)
    1 tbsp butter or earth balance spread
    1 cup dry couscous

Directions

Add bouillon and butter to water and bring to boil. Add couscous, stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.

Serving Size: 3 servings, about 1 cup each
