    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup, 1 cup (remove)
    Raisins, 1.25 cup, packed (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Motts unsweetened Applesauce, 8 oz (remove)
    Orange Juice, .25 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Smart Smoothie *(Chocolate Fudge), 4 serving (remove)

Directions

Beat egg whites set aside...Mix all dry ingredients set aside...mix wet ingredients adding eggs...
add wet to dry ingredients..spray 13x9 pan spread mixture in pan level...bake at 325' for 30 mins until brown around the edges. cut into 4 quadrants...divide each quadrant into 5 bars for a total of twenty bars
