Ingredients
Ingredients:
2 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
2 Peppers, sweet, red,
2 cups Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices
*Sweet & Sour Sauce - (1.5 oz), 2 serving
Asparagus, fresh, 15 spear, medium
3 cups Broccoli, fresh, chopped
5 Boneless Porkchop, Center cut, 4oz.
Tips
Directions
Boil asparagus and broccoli. (then drain)
Fry the peppers and mushrooms a bit
Cook pork chops and then cut into bite size pieces. Once everything is done then place all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Add sweet n sour sauce. Heat everything up in the oven at about 350 for 10 minutes.
