Rainbow Popcorn

Introduction

You can make different colors to coincide with holidays! You can make different colors to coincide with holidays!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    20 C. popped popcorn
    1 C. light margarine
    3/4 C. sugar
    1 3 oz. pkg sugar free Jello any flavor
    3 T. water
    1 T. light corn syrup

Directions

Pop popcorn and put in a shallow roaster or cake pan(s) in 300 degree oven to keep warm. Melt margarine in saucepan and add next 3 ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and boil until it reaches hard ball stage (225 degrees). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over warm popcorn and stir until coated. Bake for 5 minutes in 300 degree oven. Remove from oven and stir. Cool and break apart.

Makes 20 servings (1 cup)
