Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (optional)
*Blueberries, fresh, 10 berries
*Raspberry (fresh) about 10 rasperries, 19 gram(s)
Nature Valley Low Fat Fruit Granola Cereal, 3 grams
*or use whatever fruit you'd like (or just have on hand)
I usually use fruit that is around the house, ripe and begging to be used.
