Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 0.05 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 0.04 cup (remove)
    Celery seed, 0.03 tsp (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 0.03 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, white, 0.03 tsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 0.10 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon Juice, 1.20 fl oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 0.05 cup, diced (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 0.03 cup, chopped (remove)
    Parsley, 0.10 tbsp (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup(remove)

Directions

1. In a large bowl, place potatoes, celery, green onion, and parsley.



2. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, celery seed, dill weed, dry mustard, and white pepper until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.



3. Pour chilled cottage cheese mixture over vegetables; mix well. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.



Yield: 20 servings--Serving Size: 1/2 cup
