    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    (Sweetner) Splenda per 0.5g, 2 tsp
    All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray

    Optional (add to recipe if used):
    1 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips,
    3 Walnuts, chopped
    1 tbsp dried fruit
