*Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup Flour, whole grain, .15 cup Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar, 4 oz Ham, regular (11% fat), 1.5 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Milk, 1%, 1 cup
Peel & cube potatoes then boil until almost cooked. Cube ham & chop onions & saute in frying pan until onions are softened. Into a casserole dish place potatoes, ham an onion & half of the cheese. Mix together milk, chicken broth & flour, season with salt and pepper & pour over the potato mix. Top with the rest of the cheese & bake at 400 till potaotes are completely cooked & cheese is melted & bubbly.
