    Artichoke hearts - Marinated - Members mark, 56 gram(s) (remove)
    Walden Farms Tomato Basil, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Stella 3 Cheese Italian, Parmesan, Asiago & Romano Cheeses, 0.25 cup (remove)

Tips

I serve this over tofu noodles and it is good.


Directions

add oil from marianated artichokes to pan and heat. Add haddock, cover with sauce, capers, artichokes and scallions and basil, cook until fish is flakey.
