Fage nonfat yogurt 1-2 tblsp
4 chicken leg quarters
Light Blue Bonnet 1 tblsp
1/2-1 cup chopped onions
Skin chicken leg quarters and season with garlic and paprika.
Cook chicken in skillet with lid turning once until done!
If you want a light sauce after removing chicken add 1-2 tblsps of Fage nonfat yogurt and stir quickly adding water if too thick. Serve with mulitgrain rice.
