Spanish Rice

Ingredients



    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    *Brown Basmati Rice (Uncooked), 2 cup (remove)
    Bacon, pork, microwaved, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    spices of your choice (salt, pepper, paprika, chilli)

Directions

Serving Size: Makes 9 - 1 cup servings

Saute onions, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil until translucent (about 5 min). Stir through uncooked rice. Add tomatoes, stock and spices to taste. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce immediately to low and cover with a tight lid and cooked about 45 minutes until all moisture is absorbed.

Use with any Mexican dishes.
