Chicken Paprikas

Ingredients

    8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
    2 whole Vidalia Onion, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce - 8 oz.
    4 Tbs. Sour Cream
    1 bell pepper
    1 Tbs. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Saute onions until translucent. Add washed and slightly salted chicken thighs and brown on each side slightly. Add the paprika, 1 can tomato sauce and sliced 1/2 bell pepper. Cover and let cook on low flame for about 20-25 minutes depending on size of thighs. Turn over, cover again and let cook on other side for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: 3 servings containing 2 pieces each
