Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces
    Coleslaw with mayonaise washed off in strainer, 1-2 cups
    Peas, canned, 1 can (303 x 406)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (diced)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp
    *worchester sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove

Directions

I browned the chicken in cooking spray with garlic and onion flakes, then added vegetables. I then added some generic dijon mustard and worchceter sauce and about 1/4 cup of water to keep things from sticking. Throw in tougher vegetables first and quick cook things (canned, fresh spinach) at the very end.
