Introduction

I didn't like the sweetness of the original recipe and wanted to add just a little more protein to the party. I didn't like the sweetness of the original recipe and wanted to add just a little more protein to the party.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    preheat waffle iron after spraying with cooking spray (butter or olive oil). Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. pour into waffle iron when hot.

    Made 8 waffles in my iron. 2 waffles were quite filling. Top with fruit or syrup.

Tips

I add maple syrup to my waffles and may remove the splenda in the future as the applesauce does add some sweetness.
