preheat waffle iron after spraying with cooking spray (butter or olive oil). Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. pour into waffle iron when hot.
Made 8 waffles in my iron. 2 waffles were quite filling. Top with fruit or syrup.
I add maple syrup to my waffles and may remove the splenda in the future as the applesauce does add some sweetness.
