Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    vegetable stock cube, 1 serving
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    Peas, fresh, 114.9 grams

Directions

Add 1 cup of brown rice to 2 cups of boiling water
Add the stock cube and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Let stand for 10 minutes and add the veggies.
It's ready to be served.
