Ingredients

    2 bags Diana brand split peas very green had incorrect labeling but 10 cups Sparks agrees with USDA and the amount yield.
    Peas were soaked overnight and half were cooked separate to strain.

    this is divided now into about under 6 cup levels in the three containers so about 16.5-17 cups? better is the weight measure total of 3892g. I know I stirred and tasted so I guess 4000g is accurate and that is what it shall be 10 400g and 400 calorie servings.
