Ingredients

Blackberries, fresh, 5 cups
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
*Flour, white, .25 cup
*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.65 cup
Uncle Sam cereal, .25 cup
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 8 tsp
Brown Sugar, 8 tsp packed
*Coconut Palm Sugar Crystals, 6 tbsp
Butter, salted, 8 tbsp
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Tips
using a regular food processor blade will grind the oats into flour. don't. do. it. And you can guess how I happen to know this fact! The coconut palm crystals worked great and tasted even better. Next time I will eliminate the other brown sugars and just use this.
Directions
Gently mix fresh or frozen berries with granulated sugar and put in pie pan. Mix other ingredients together until they form the consistency of the size of peas. A food processor with a dough blade works great for this. Sprinkle over top of berries and bake at 375 degress for 35 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream if you can afford it - calories wise, that is ;)
