EGG YOLK FRITTATA - LOW CARB
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Egg white, 12 serving (remove)
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Scallions, raw, 3 large (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
*Stella 3 Cheese Italian, Parmesan, Asiago & Romano Cheeses, 0.25 cup (remove)
*dry mustard, .125 tsp (remove)
*Garlic Powder, .125 tsp (remove)
*Milk, Skim Oakhurst Fat Free (8 oz. Serving), 8 oz (remove)
I experiemented with this recipe because I had a dozen egg yolks left over from making an angel food cake. There is one whole egg in this recipe because the white went into the wrong bowl. You could certainly leave it out.
