Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 2/3 dehydrated potatoes
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1.5 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    16 ounces chicken breast
    4 cups california mix vegetables

Directions

Combine butter,milk onion powder,garlic powder and chicken broth in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir potatoes in. Cook chicken and vegetables as you usually would. I seasoned my chicken with the Mrs.Dash,pepper,and paprika and baked my chicken and steamed my veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 4 full chicken dinners with mashed potato and veggies
