Introduction

Traditional tabouli with a kick of lime and cucumber. Traditional tabouli with a kick of lime and cucumber.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fantastic Tabouli Mix (box)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato chopped
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 large (8-1/4" long) chopped
    Lime Juice, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, 2 tbsp chopped

Directions

This turned out 10 times better then I expected so I had to share this! And at 220 per serving, its quite filling and good for a veggie serving.

Make box according to directions in a bowl with a seal that holds 4-6 cups. Start cooling in the fridge. While cooling, chop remaining ingredients and add them once mix has cooled down. Return to the fridge to finish off an hour of cooling. Mix and enjoy!
