Ingredients

4 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. oil
1 cup matzah meal
1 tsp. salt
dash onion powder
dash garlic powder
pinch pepper, black or cayenne
Tips
Directions
Beat eggs well, Add rest of ingredients, mix until all ingredients are mixed in well. Put in refrigerator until mixture sets. Boil water in a large pot. Put a little salt in the water, Form mixture into 20 balls and drop into boiling water. Cook, covered on low flame (simmer) for about 20 minutes. Can freeze and use as needed. Reheat in soup.
