    1 cup non-dairy milk
    1 peeled orange
    2 cups of spinach or kale
    1 banana
    1 pear
    1 cup grapes

Directions

prepare fruits and kale or spincach, blend with milk until smooth

Makes 24 ozs which I split into two drinks.
