Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    *Baked Potato, with skin, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    *Squash, summer, scallop, raw, 2 cup slices (remove)
    *Squash, summer, scallop, raw, 2 cup slices (remove)
    *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

In large kettle pot, add all the sliced ingredients, 1 package (1lb) stew meat, salt, pepper to taste, plus Spike seasoning from Whole Foods (3 tbsp), water.
Cover. Bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
Really great the second day!
