    Kale, 10 cups, chopped
    Wellshire Black Forest Thick Sliced Salt Cured 2 slices
    Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg Organic 0.5 tbs
    100% Pure Maple Syrup .5tbs
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Onion powder, .25 tsp


wash and chop kale into bite size pieces, chop bacon and fry in pan until golden brown, leave bacon fat in the pan with bacon pieces and add the kale, stir well, then season with garlic, pepper and onion powder. cook on med heat for 10 minutes or until tender
