1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 Raw onion
2 Cloves of garlic
3 Medium carrots
1 Bag of frozen broccolli
4 Thin cut boneless pork chops
4 tsp. worchester sauce
1/4 Cup water
Serve over brown rice and enjoy.
Values for brown rice not included.
Cook: Heat oil in frying pan. Then, add the garlic and onions at same time. Cook till translucent. Then, add other veggies. Stir regularly for 10 min. Add pork, still stirring. Once pork starts to turn white with a little pink, add worchester sauce and water. Make sure to keep stirring to prevent sticking. Cook till pork is done.
