16 oz Ground Pork
6 Extra Large Shrimp
2 rolls Bean Thread/Cellophane Noodles
3 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 stalk Green Onions
1/2 cup grated Carrots
1 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
3 dashes Black Pepper
2 tbsp Dried Shrimps (optional)
Dried shrimps with raw shrimps adds more flavor. Optional ingredients are cabbage and grind orange or lemon peel.
Mix all ingredients together well and make them into 12 equal size balls. Place them in a oven safe pan.
Bake at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
