Banana Peanut Butter SoyMilk Shake

Ingredients

    2 Medium bananas
    2 cups soy milk (i.e. Silk Vanilla Soy Milk)
    3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Tips

Add extra peanut butter for a more nutty flavor or a protein powder to kick up the protein hunger fighting power.


Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until ice is completely crushed.

Serving Size: Makes 4 frothy 1-1/4-cup servings
