Fried Tofu

Ingredients

    6 oz extra firm tofu - cut in strips
    1.5 Tbl or Tamari Soy Sauce

    .25 cup of yellow corn meal
    1 Tbl of ground flax-seed meal

    3 TBL of Coconut Oil

Directions

Slice tofu into strip, put it in a small glass dish and cover with soy sauce. Let it set for 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix corn meal and flax-seed, remove tofu from dish and discard the soy sauce. Roll the tofu in cornmeal mixture. Fry about 5 minutes in the coconut oil.
