2 1/3 cups plain flour
1 1/4 t baking powder
1 1/4 t baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 small block of 85% dark choc
2/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup milk or buttermilk
2 med bananas, mashed
Grease muffin pans.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour wet into dry and mix with a rubber spatula until just mixed.
Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full.
Bake for around 15-20 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 18 muffins
