Ingredients

    ▪ 6 eggs
    ▪ 1/4 – 1/2 cup cooked meat, cut or crumbled into small
    pieces
    ▪ 2 tbsp lightly drained salsa
    ▪ 1/4 tsp salt
    ▪ 1/8 tsp ground pepper
    ▪ 1/8 cup mayonnaise
    ▪ 1/8 cup water
    ▪ 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Cook meat. Mix all ingredients together. Grease pan. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before eating.
