Chocolate Banana Brownies Healthified (by MINTHESCRAPPER)

    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 1/4 cup brown sugar splenda for baking
    4 medium bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla


In a medium bowl blend together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and splenda. Mix well. In a large bowl mix bananas, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Mix well, then blend in the brown sugar splenda. Mix in the dry ingredients. Beat just until mixed. Do not over mix. Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick baking spray. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Cut into 15 brownies.

Serving Size: Makes 15 brownies
