IntroductionLow-sodium, low-fat meal Low-sodium, low-fat meal
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 green onion, inluding top, chopped
1/2 cup medium salsa
lime juice (1 Tbsp or juice of lime)
1 Tbsp low-sodium ketchup
1/4 cup water
4 brest halves
Add chicken & marinate 1-12 hours.
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken on foil=lined broiler panl. Bake 15 minutes. Spon marinade over chiden & bake 15 more minutes or until juices run clear.
Garnich w. minced cilantro
Serving Size: makes 4 servings
